Refund Policy

To ensure your satisfaction, we at Cucabeats have created a Refund Policy based on the Consumer Protection Code, which we clarify below:

If the student regrets the purchase of any of the courses offered, he must contact us within 7 (seven) days after purchasing on the site and inform us of the reason for his regret or dissatisfaction. Once the period of 7 (seven) days has elapsed without the client having expressed itself, it is understood that the student is satisfied with the course and, therefore, the refund after this period will not be made.

Within a period of 7 (days) after the purchase, the student has the option to request a full refund of the course fee, or to remain with a bonus on our website that will give him the right to choose any other course, of the same value, from the series of video lessons "CUCABEATS MASTERCLASS".

It is up to the student to contact our team to request the refund, or inform the preference for the bonus on the website, within the stipulated period.

After the refund is requested, the student will be reimbursed for the full amount of the course within 10 days. The form of reimbursement will be the same used for payment at the time of purchase on the site. (Ex: If the student made the purchase via credit card, the amount will be refunded on the credit card statement. If the student made the purchase via PIX, the amount will be refunded via PIX transaction and so on).
