Política de Reembolso

Para garantir sua satisfação, nós, do site Cucabeats, criamos uma Política de Reembolso com base no Código de Defesa do Consumidor, que esclarecemos abaixo:

Se o aluno arrepender-se da compra de algum dos cursos oferecidos, ele deve entrar em contato conosco até 7 (sete) dias após a compra no site e nos informar o motivo de seu arrependimento, ou insatisfação. Uma vez transcorrido o período de 7 (sete) dias sem que o cliente tenha se manifestado, entende-se a satisfação do aluno pelo curso e, portanto, o reembolso após este prazo não será realizado.

Dentro do prazo de 7 (dias) após a compra, o aluno tem a opção de solicitar o reembolso integral do valor do curso, ou permanecer com um bônus em nosso site que lhe dará o direito de escolher qualquer outro curso, de mesmo valor, da série de videoaulas "CUCABEATS MASTERCLASS".

Cabe ao aluno entrar em contato com nossa equipe para solicitar o reembolso, ou informar a preferência pelo bônus no site, dentro do prazo estipulado.

Após a solicitação do reembolso, o aluno será ressarcido do valor integral do curso em até 10 dias. A forma de ressarcimento será a mesma usada pelo pagamento no ato da compra no site. (Ex: Se o aluno efetuou a compra via cartão de crédito, o valor será reembolsado na fatura do cartão de crédito. Se o aluno efetuou a compra por PIX, o valor será reembolsado via transação PIX e assim por diante).
