Politica de reembolso

Para asegurar su satisfacción, en Cucabeats hemos creado una Política de Devoluciones basada en el Código de Protección al Consumidor, la cual aclaramos a continuación:

Si el estudiante se arrepiente de la compra de cualquiera de los cursos ofrecidos, debe comunicarse con nosotros dentro de los 7 (siete) días posteriores a la compra en el sitio e informarnos el motivo de su arrepentimiento o insatisfacción. Una vez transcurrido el plazo de 7 (siete) días sin que el cliente se haya manifestado, se entiende que el alumno está satisfecho con el curso y, por tanto, no se realizará la devolución transcurrido dicho plazo.

Dentro de un plazo de 7 (días) después de la compra, el estudiante tiene la opción de solicitar el reembolso total del valor del curso, o permanecer con un bono en nuestro sitio web que le dará derecho a elegir cualquier otro curso, de la mismo valor, de la serie de video lecciones "CUCABEATS MASTERCLASS".

Corresponde al estudiante ponerse en contacto con nuestro equipo para solicitar el reembolso, o informar la preferencia por el bono en el sitio web, dentro del plazo estipulado.

Después de que se solicite el reembolso, se reembolsará al estudiante el monto total del curso dentro de los 10 días. La forma de reembolso será la misma utilizada para el pago en el momento de la compra en el sitio. (Ej.: si el estudiante realizó la compra mediante tarjeta de crédito, el monto se reembolsará en el estado de cuenta de la tarjeta de crédito. Si el estudiante realizó la compra mediante PIX, el monto se reembolsará mediante la transacción PIX y así sucesivamente).
